Photographs
Uploading a photograph is optional. If you upload one and accept the consent box, you authorize us to store it privately and use it to evaluate and manage your service request. Please avoid including people, passwords, access codes, financial information or unrelated personal information.
Storage and access
Requests and images are stored in private application storage. Access to the administration area is restricted. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal and business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.
